Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of professional and legal services, certain fees (such as government fees, stamp duties, or third-party charges) are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made and processing has begun.
Service Fees: Taxocity’s professional service fees may be eligible for a refund only under specific circumstances outlined below.
3. Circumstances Eligible for Refund
Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:
Service Not Rendered: If the purchased service has not been initiated or no work has commenced from our side, a refund request may be considered.
Delay or Non-Delivery: In case of an abnormal delay or proven inability by Taxocity to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Duplicate Payment: If you made duplicate payments for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
4. Non-Eligible Circumstances
- No refunds shall be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after work has commenced or service delivery has begun.
- Client’s failure to furnish required information or documentation on time.
- Rejection of application or registration by any government body due to client-provided incorrect, incomplete, or false information.
- Any fee paid towards government, regulatory authorities, or third parties (such as PAN/TAN/DSC/MSME/Trademark/GST) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Verification: Our team will review your request, transaction details, and service progress.
Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after approval, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
6. Modifications and Cancellations
- Service modifications are permissible only before work commences. Once work begins, modifications may incur additional charges.
- Cancellation requests received after work has started will not qualify for any refund.
